I am a qualified Counsellor/ Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals, adolescents and families through life's challenges.
My approach is strengths based, compassionate and collaborative with parents/guardians and tailor my support to each person's unique needs. Over the years I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, self-harm/suicidal ideation, trauma, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, peer and family difficulties, stress management, school difficulties, grief, loss and major life transitions.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person - centred and mindfulness-based interventions in order to create a flexible and personalised path towards well-being. I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your experiences, gain new insights, have your voice heard and build healthier ways of coping that suit your needs while also building on your self-esteem and confidence.
Together, we will work at your pace to move toward the life you want to create.

Trauma trained (EMDR Child and Adolescent) and experienced in anxiety, education/school related issues, school avoidance, low mood, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation, self harm, neurodivergence, bullying, building confidence, panic, coping skills, grief and loss, adoption, LGBTQ+.
Official training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Music and Imagery, Creative therapies, Sand Therapy. -
