Anne works with teenagers in a way that sees the whole person — not just the problem. This kind of therapy is called holistic and integrative psychotherapy. That means Anne doesn’t just look at one part of your life — like school stress or anxiety — she also pays attention to how your thoughts, body, feelings, and even your sense of purpose or meaning are connected.
Everyone is different, and therapy with Anne is built around what works best for you. Anne offers warm, non-judgmental support to teenagers aged 13 upwards, helping with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
